How do you taste a gelato? Which characteristics should we, as consumers, observe and recognise to understand the qualities and the peculiarities of the gelato we are tasting? A chance to find out through a tasting experience led by Marlena Buscemi, gastronome, who will guide participants through the tasting of three different gelati, taking them to discover the sensory characteristics, the peculiarities and the secret flavours of each one. A workshop designed to learn how to taste gelato with greater awareness, going beyond mere taste.
