We use technical cookies, needed to sign in and remember your language. If you accept, we also use Google Analytics, to understand how Sherbeth is used, and the Meta pixel, to measure our campaigns: how many people come from advertising and how many purchases follow. How to delete your data

You can ask at any time for your Sherbeth account and the personal data linked to it to be deleted. Here is what we delete, what the law requires us to keep, and how to make the request.

What we delete

  • Your account: name, email address, phone number and password are erased, and access is closed on every device, including sign-in with Facebook, Google or Apple.
  • Your profile details: first and last name, email, phone number and profile photo.
  • Your consents: they stop applying together with the account. All that remains is the record of when you gave them, linked to an account that no longer carries your name or email.

What remains, and why

The accounting and tax records the law requires us to keep (payments, sales receipts, Tasty credit movements) remain for the period set by law. Wherever possible they are anonymised: linked to an account that no longer carries your name, email or phone number.

Any Tasty credit left on the account can no longer be used.

How to ask

Email direzione@goodevent.it from the address you registered with, with the subject “Eliminazione dati Sherbeth”.

If you write from a different address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

We reply within one month of your request, as required by Art. 12 GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Deactivating your account from your profile page is not the same thing: the account is suspended and your data stays where it is. Deleting it takes the written request.

If you signed in with Facebook

When we delete your account we also remove the link to your Facebook profile. To remove Sherbeth Festival from the apps connected to your Facebook account as well:

  1. On Facebook, open the menu and choose “Settings & privacy”, then “Settings”.
  2. Open “Apps and websites”.
  3. Choose “Sherbeth Festival” and tap “Remove”.

Removing the app on Facebook does not delete the data we hold: for that, send the request described above.
